With the People Power victory of the Filipino people in February 1986, the question of promoting people Power in the Church has emerged once more. . . People power should be promoted in the Church through the establishment of more democratic structures within the parish, fostering a different way of living one's life in the community, thereby-promoting the building of basic Christian communities.
