It is evident that every form of life is characterized by its own unique logos (sense). However, it is only human beings who are conscious of this logos. This contributes significantly to the quality of both individual and social life and the efficacy of psychotherapy. The recognition that life presents a chance to engage in prosocial activities can influence two key areas: first, the immune system’s interaction with defense mechanisms, and second, the approach to coping with trauma. A substantial corpus of research corroborates the efficacy of this approach, predicated on the cultivation of awareness regarding freedom and responsibility.
